We are developing some product. It including ToF module and it require high depth resolution.

For reference. Could you tell me OPT8421-CDK-EVM depth resolution?

Suzuka-san,

There will be some board to board variation because we do not tune the laser power to the same value in each board. In the Metrilus Long range profile, depth resolution with about 63% reflectivity target on one of the boards is shown below -
