Are the CAD files available for the OPT8241? I would like to mount the boards in a case and would rather use the actual dimensions as opposed to measuring everything with my calipers.

You can download the cad files for OPT8241 CDK from

http://www.ti.com/tool/OPT8241-CDK-EVM

They are named as OPT8241-CDK-EVM Hardware under the Software category. Individual drawings containing measurements of lens, mounts etc are located in the Mechanical folder of the zip file you downloaded. For the board dimensions, you can refer to the brd file in the Electrical folder.

The .brd files are compatible with Cadence orcad suite or Allegro pcb suite.
