I've just started studying for tmp107.

I have a question about tmp107 temperature sensor.

What are the long period(years) stability and repeatability of the TMP107 devices?

As is standard for our products, the TMP107 was subjected to a simulated life test of 300 hours at 150C. This simulates roughly 9 years of silicon aging. At the end of this test, the devices were found to have not shifted from their original reading.

There is one more question about the TMP107.

I would like to know the TMP107 power-up delay time.

This is the time required to stabilize after power-up for the TMP107.

Power-on reset voltage (datasheet page 5) describes the voltage at which the device begins to operate. Once the supply ramps past 1.4V, the device will start its first temperature conversion, which will take a maximum of 18ms. At the end of this 18ms, the temperature result register will be updated.
