I am using FDC2114EVM for measuring capacitence of interdital capacitor, initially I measured using impadence meter(Cs-Rs mode) and I read 50nF at 500hz. I found intersting and now I want to measure it using EVM. I can read the value interms of 6-8nF and they are very fluctuating very high around 400pf which is very huge for my application. Is there a way I can stabilze and get data witout any fluctuations? how can I know at which frequency the EVM is measuring the Capacitence so that I can compare it with Impadence meter.
