Unique Capacitance Measurement: Should I use a Capacitance-to-Digital FDC ?

Hello TI,

I have an Analog problem where I thought this could be a unique solution.

I am trying to measure 2 Capacitors, 50pF and 500pF, with very high resolution on a regular PCB. (Note: This is not a "sensor", but rather 1% NP0 ceramic capacitors). I'd have to be significantly better than +/-1% to even make use of this (i.e. better than 0.5 pF resolution).

Does TI think these Capacitance-to-Digital Meters will work well for these ranges? What kind of "ball-park" resolution is reasonable for a non-sensor application like this measuring a discrete capacitor?
