We are doing tests to solve for the coefficients B0, B1, and B2 in the formula Vos = B0 + B1(Tdie - Tref) + B2(Tdie - Tref) ^2, and we are getting results that are not inconsistent results. We want accurate temperature readings from 25-40 degrees C. S0, A1,A2, and C2 are held constant and we generate a formula for the data , where y = Vos and X = Tdie-Tref.
We are setting the temperatures between 25 and 40 with about 5 points and even when we do a regression to solve for B0, B1, and B2, the results are inconsistent. We need help to see what we are doing wrong or what we are not doing. We need to solve this quickly. We have been using the calibration spec with all of the formula's.
What do we need to do to get accurate temperatures over the range of 25-40 deg C.
