I'm planning to use CC2640 with TDC1011. In one of the application note, TMS320F28035-Q is suggested to be used with TDC1011 as it has 300ps accuracy. In my application, I need the level sensing accuracy of up to 10mm. But I'm still not sure about the resolution of CC2640 timers as there is no information given in the datahseet. Can anyone please let me know if I can use CC2640 without any accuracy issue?
