PGA900 on a fresh installed WINDOWS 10

The matter is that I have a fresh installation of Windows 10 in which eh followed to the letter the installation of additional software ( USB2ANY , NI runtime engine 2012 , CCS, Python2.7 )
when you start the program pga900 , freezes in "initializing " and no matter how long it stays there so leave .
In my laptop did the same installation and the program runs well , but there have countless programs and libraries .. the question is .. lack some other package or additional library for the installation ?
 It is not hardware problem, meets the recommended requirements to perfection ..
