hi All,

Does the pad of the LM95214 must be connected to GND or lef floating. 

there is any indication in datasheet about that.

    Hi Hervé,

    For sensors in plastic packages such WSON, the leads provide the dominant thermal path as well as the DAP. I attached the LM95214 layout footprint FYI. As you can see, we connect the DAP through a via, which connects to GND.
