Spikes and noise for one channel in 1614EVM

When I tested LDC1614EVM board, one of channel has spike noise like the following picture. There's no objects to make inductance value changed. The channel 1 looks stable but the channel 0 has spike noise. How can I handle this issue?

have you set the deglitch setting correctly? Please refer to question 'Why do I see spikes in the output of LDC1312, LDC1314, LDC1612, or LDC1614?' on the inductive sensing FAQ: e2e.ti.com/.../295036

You're right. That's the issue of deglitch setting.
