I have two question about TDC7200.
(1) In datasheet of TDC7200, the LSB resolution is 55 ps
The LSB is calculated when force calibration is on, so can I assume that LSB is Gaussian distributed with average = 55 ps?
(2)
Figure 17 shows the standard deviation increases with longer TOF, is this caused by worse LSB distribution with longer TOF or something else?
