As the follow graphic show, I want to know how to get each parameter

phasecorrection = file:TIVoxel_840095844141_LongRange_53_49_735_640.bin

this file TIVoxel_840095844141_LongRange_53_49_735_640.bin seemingly will obtain by metrilus's KeyAC, What are the information in this file?
