Capacitance measurement from pF to mF

Hi everyone,

I am planning to work with capacitance measurement with high precision. In my application, I'm suppose to measure the capacitance ranges of pico to milli farads ranges of capacitance. Can anyone suggest a good solution for me??

Unfortunately our products cannot measure such a wide range.

Thank you for your response,
can i split the ranges and measure it with different circuit setup for different ranges?
Like pico to nano, nano to micro, micro to milli farads.

Hello Prithivi,

With appropriate choice of inductors, our FDC can measure up to 0.25 uF.
