Hello,

I am trying to use the Sensing Solutions GUI with the HDC1000 EVM but there seems to be no data coming through. Humidity is stuck at NaNand temperature is stuck at 0xFFFC.

Is there anything special I need to do?

Hello,

There is something of strange in your HDC1000EVM: from the screenshot you sent, I can see that the BATTERY STATUS bit (bit 11) of CONFIGURATION register is 1, showing that the power supply of the device is lower than 2.8V.

This is not expected and it is wrong. Could you please double check the voltage level of the HDC1000 (Vdd pad on J1 or J2 connector)?

Hello,

The voltage reads 3.3V on J1, J2 and also at the via right next to the HDC1000.
