OPT8241-CDK-EVM Invalid calibration and blue chipset LED does not get ON on the evaluation board

Hello Sir,

I tries to start the board as per information given in the user guide. The master LED turns green after starting but the blue LED does not turn ON and in Voxel viewer the error is shown "Failed tio start streaming"3

what the reason could be?
