TDC1000-TDC7200 GUI Windows 8/10 Support

What's the windows 7 error? In windows 7, you are likely to get a driver error if you connect the board before the GUI is installed. In this case, you need to show Windows the right driver in GUI install folder to resolve this. Please refer to section 6.3 (page 21) of the evm user manual below for detailed steps

I did not get driver error. Before connecting board, i got exe error (exe stopped working). I don't have a problem with board.
Have you ever try the GUI on Windows Starter?

We bought your EVM but can not work on 'your' GUI. As i said above, we do not have a problem with driver.
Even we don't connect the board, GUI does not work. When i try to run GUI, get 'exe stopped working' error. Do you think this is because of driver?

The GUI is based on National Instruments LabVIEW. Please check this link

They suggest adding a line supporting starter edition in OS section of setup.ini file. You can find setup.ini in the same folder as setup.exe.

I did not get an error such as the one you shared. I got exe error on Windows 7 starter too.
That's why your recommendation is not valid. By the way, the OS is 32bit. Do you think it is a problem?
Plus, as i see on ultrasonic sensing forum there are some engineers achieve to run GUI on Windows 10. Have you ever tried to run GUI on Windows 10?

a) There was one customer on e2e who said he was able to get it to work on Win 10 but needed .NET 2.3 version. Please check below. You can reply to that thread and ask William his inputs and how far he went

b) The TDC1000EVM GUI is built with LabVIEW 2010. See also this windows version compatibility with LabVIEW.:

So NI doesn't officially say LabVIEW 2010 application will work on Windows 10.

c) Is it possible your download is corrupted or something? Definitely we have some e2e customers who said they could get it working on Windows 8 like in this posting (they faced driver error because it is not signed but no GUI exe error)

b) I have already seen that. If so, how William achieve to run on Windows 10? Don't you plan to support your customers about this issue?

c) It is not possible. I found two Windows 7 64bit PC. One of those is Home Premium, the other one ise Enterprise version. I installed GUI by using 'same download file', it runs on Enterprise version but didn't run on Home Premium. How can it be possible?

If download file is good, please try fixing the setup.ini file (even though the error message you see is different) as shown below

We talk same things again and again. I need solution.
I've already changed setup.ini file and it didn't help.
As you suggested, we installed it on Windows 7 but the GUI doesn't run on Windows 7, 64bit.
If you have former version of setup file, i would like to install it.

Iam working on a project to build an ultrasonic flowmeter and i bought TDC 1000 TDC 7200 EVM Kit for it.
when i download a software for this kit from Ti Website TDC1000-TDC7200EVM GUI v1.2.7.1 (Rev. F)
i dont find output anything related to flowmeter and like flow velocity.
i find output regarding height level in water container. Please suggest me where to find flowmeter software to run in this Kit
