HDC1080EVM -problem regarding connected and not connected

Hi all,

I could not get to the Sensing Solution EVM GUI  further than errors in the last row:

Green dot | Connected |SSP EVM connected - Unknown.

Then in 5 sec. the message changes:

Red dot | SSP EVM disconnected.

These two messages then oscillate.

The GUI and driver installation went normal.

Any advise please?

I'm using in two PCs

1) Lenovo ThinkPad T520, windows 7 PRO for Refurb PCs, processor Intel core i5-2520M, 64bit

2) Lenovo Ideapad 500-15ISK, Windows 10 Home Single language, Processor Intel core i5-6200U , 64bit

Hi Charan,
could you please try to run as administrator the following file:

C:\ti\Sensing Solutions EVM GUI-1.8.8\PC GUI\nw.exe

Please let me know if this solves the issue.
