LDC1612, temperature drift on inductance

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LDC1612

Hi team,

Customer prefer to us our LDC1612 as the slider sensor, however they are experiencing temperature drift problem.

They found the inductance of target got a certain temperature drift under varied temperature, and they also have tried to do such test by our EVM board.

The result showed it was out of 0.1% what our application note mentioned.

It’s misunderstanding at the spec?

If yes, what’s the actual means of 0.1% in there?

This application note also mentioned that we can adopt the Multi-Coil Design easy approach to compensate for the temperature variation is to add an additional sensor to the system design, how make that happened , is there any user guide for this operation in detail?

Looking forward to your prompt reply!

Thanks in advanced!
