TMP451 how to measure the processor junction temperature with integrated diode

Helllo

    l have a processor with integrated diode ;l want to monitor the processor junction temperature (not the case temperature);about this application if TMP451

can achieve my purpose; do you have this kind application specs or test report  with TMP451( not the datasheet of  TMP451); l want to known the real processor 

temperature;can you explain or clarify the output of 451 is the junction temperature of processor; l am confuse of how to known the real junction temperature of processor; so even if l use the 451;l still don`t known if output temperature is right; now we use big quantity of temperature sensor; hope TI can give me a 

reasonable solution for my application; thank in advance!

    What is the processor you want to measure?

    A remote junction sensor, such as TMP451, is appropriate for this application. However, the nFactor setting of the sensor may need to be adjusted for your processor to achieve the stated accuracy. Additionally, if your processor is built on a 45nm or smaller process, you would be better served using a sensor with Beta Correction feature such as TMP441.

    In your previous post you sent me a plot of the diode voltage vs the current.
    Can you send me the data that generated that plot?
    To what precission is the measurement for the current and the voltage?
