Hi team,

Customer has received the order and found several pieces with light spot and chipping via microscope at QC stop.

They would like to know why is that and will it affect parts functionally?

Please advise asap since the parts are on hold and so is the production.

Andy,
We are looking into this production issues with the new tape and reel process we had to work with on this device. This is causing the contamination and we are working towards fixing this. If this is for evaluation, the customer can still use these parts for evaluation, looking at the figure 2, it looks like they only got a sample order.
