AFE4404EVM: Allow the AFE4404 to communicate with a blue-wired MSP430

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to let the AFE4404EVM communicate with a currently blue-wired MSP430. I am not sure what I need to do in the code to allow the MSP 430 to send a command to the AFE to turn on its photodiode and LEDs for oximetry, and have the data be sent back to the MSP 430.

How would you recommend going about this problem?
