Hello,

What is the max conversion time for the TMP4000 at each resolution 9-12bits? The datasheet only lists typical values for conversion time.

    Hi adomino,

    Page 3 of the datasheet shows Conversion Time Min/Max within 10% of the typical value. This parameter is guaranteed by an oscillator trim in production. Therefore, it is sufficient to also expect +/-10% of the typical values shown on page 11.
