In the GUI, when I run the Calibration routine the LED 2 current and LED 3 current automatically resets to 0mA instead of a non zero current which is necessary to run the device. As I'm interested in obtaining the SpO2 from the EVM, I need LED2 and LED3 to work. Can I know how to run the calibration routine successfully?

Hi Tejaswini,

The AFE4404EVM GUI only supports the automatic gain calibration routine for LED1. We do not have plans to support automatic gain calibration routine for LED2 and LED3. But you should be manually set the AFE controls to adjust the LED current and gain settings for LED2 and LED3 using the GUI.

The calibration source code is available as part of the EVM firmware.
You can download the firmware source code from the product folder of AFE4404EVM at ti.com
