I am faced with a project in which I want to record ECG measurements and PPG on the finger simultaneously.
The goal is to compare the time difference between the ECG R-peak and the systole peak of the PPG as is shown in the picture below.
At the moment I am using both the AFE4403 EVM and AFE4490SPO2 EVM to test the sensors and analog front end.
My issue is that the evaluation kit can only be triggered to capture data from the GUI that has been delivered by TI.
I would like to be able to control and read data from the board in the LabVIEW environment so that i can acquire the PPG data from the AFE44xx board and simultaneously from another ECG board.
Therefore my question is: Is there a Labview library to read or collect the data from the board so that i can integrate it with the measurements from my ECG board.
If not, do you have any suggestions/examples on how to solve this or similar problems.
