OPT3001: OPT3001 Spectral response measurement

Hi,

We want to know measurement environment about OPT3001.

According to datasheet, there is the figure about spectral response.
Customer want to know how TI measure spectral response.
Could you share about which equipment and environment is used to measure spectral response ?

    HI Machida,

    Here are the instruments we have used. 

    • Newport Cornerstone 260 Monochromator
    • 300 W Xenon Arc Lamp (6258)
    • Newport Oriel 2936-C Optical Power Meter
    • Calibrated 10mm2 Silicon Detector (71675)
    • Motorized stage
    • Newport Oriel TRACQ BASIC Software

    First, we use the Trazq basic software to calibrate the light from the Monochromator. Next we get the response of the device with the calibrated monochromator. We have a motorized stage to move between the device and silicon detector. 

    The datasheet shows the normalized response of the device using the calibrated data.
