LM35CAZ vs. LM35CZ

I've been given an option to provide either a LM35CAZ or LM35CZ on an assembly.  Besides the cost difference, can anyone provide a quick explanation of the difference between the two sensors?  I look for an easy comparison document, but I can't seem to find anything that summarizes or compares the key characteristics of the components.
