LMP91051: Signals to ADC-converter

Part Number: LMP91051

Good Day,

I have checked the datasheet and application notes of LMP91051. If you have a look on fig. 6 (Typical NDIR Sensing Application Circuit) of the datasheet only the OUT of LMP91051 is connected to the ADC of MSP430. If you have a look on fig. 15 of the datasheet also the CMOUT and the thermistor (via OPAMP) is connected to the ADC. Therefore I would like to know, what is the difference between both options. How can I calculate the CO2-concentration out of the three signals (CMOUT, thermistor, OUT)?

Regards Daniel
