TDC1000-C2000EVM: TDC1000-C2000 EVM KIT Firmware Issue.

Part Number: TDC1000-C2000EVM 

TDC1000-C2000 I am trying to debug using EVM KIT. 
When GUI is installed and EVM KIT is connected, FW REVISION is displayed as 0.00.
And the warning message is shown as below picture.
FW Update button is not found.
The connection is normal and the three LEDs are operating normally.
JP1 is connected to EVM.
The link to the PC is also in the active state.

Firmware Update button is not found. Is it a problem if the C2000's Firmware is not included?

If so, how do I download Firmware ?
