I am using LMT-87 DCK package for measuring the temperature of a peltier. My space constraints are very compact.
Can someone tell me, which is the most sensitive point in this sensor.
I heard that the ground pin is more sensitive, if this is true then can i put a via in my pcb from ground pin near the sensor and connect to peltier surface?
