Hi,

About power-up condition, Is there any minding point to operate power on reset normally?

For example, tOFF, tR, Vbot is as followings .

I'm recognizing that there is not description on the datasheet.

The device is specified to operate between 2.7V and 5.5V. Operation is not guaranteed below 2.7V.

The device does feature a Power-On Reset (POR) circuit which clears the digital logic and begins normal operation somewhere between 1V and 2V.

I have an additional question.

Can we understand that registers is reset certainly if registers are reset by General Call with Vcc bet ween 2.7V ~ 5.5V?

Yes, registers are reset by General Call Reset with Vcc between 2.7V-5.5V.
