OPT8241-CDK-EVM Fabrication problems

Hi!

We are making a device based on OPT8241-CDK-EVM schematics, also almost every components from it is used in our device. So, as you know, it has some BGA-0.4mm elements, because of this nobody in our country can not manufacture such comlex HDI PCB (min. spacing 2.9mil, min. trace width 3.22 mil, min. drill 6mil). Can you tell me or give a advice where in the world can we fabricate such PCB?

Try www.krypton-solutions.com/. But I am sure there are other fab that can do this.

I am looking for a PCB Manufacturer, to fabricate PCB, they can do anything, but not what I am looking for.

I am sure they have subcontractor who can make the PCB.

Hello!

Could you please know where did you fabricate this CDK? Nobody can't fabricate such a tight route like in your CDK. I have asked already about 30 companies all over the world.
