ultra sonic sensor with a frequency range of 5MHz

I came across TDC1000 and TDC7200 EVM for ultrasonic sensing. i am looking for a ultra sonic sensor with a frequency range of 5MHz.

can any one help in this to figure out.

Please refer to this app note regarding selecting the proper transducer for your application: www.ti.com/.../snaa266a.pdf

All of the suggested transducers operate at 1Mhz, however these vendors also supply transducers with other frequencies including 5Mhz.
