Hello,

The AFE5812 has ADC with stated sampling rate of 65 MSPS at 14-bit.

1. Is it per channel or for all channels?

2. If it's for all channels, can I assume that it would be 65/8 = 8 MSPS per channel?

3. Can I get a higher sampling rate at 12-bit?

4. Is the digitalized data only accessible via LVDS?

Hi Igor,

The AFE5812 has all 8 channels running simultaneously at a max of 65MSPS per channel. Output data is only accessible via serial LVDS.

Thanks Olu,
Can I connect this board to TSW1405EVM to read data from LVDS?
I am aware of the limit of 64k samples.

Hi Igor,

We are no longer actively supporting the TSW1405EVM--we recommend the TSW1400EVM instead.

Regarding your question on the GUI error in the other thread, what device are you trying to use the HMC-DAQ to connect to?
Do you have the AFE5818EVM connected to the PC?
