AWR1443: What is the difference between silicon revisions ES1.0 and ES2.0?

The differences between the two silicon revisions can be found in the Device Errata doc for the specified device.  The Device Errata doc can be downloaded from the corresponding device product page which can be found by searching for the device name on ti.com.  For example, the link for the AWR1443 product page is as follows.
