Why L3RAM in DEMO code is set to 640KB(0xA0000), while in product description, there is 768KB？

Could I modify the SOC_AR16XX_DSS_L3RAM_SIZE to 768KB? What is the limit?

Hello,

A portion of available DSS_L3 ram is used for Radar Block development, this reduces the available space for application use.
This applies only to ES1.0 revision of device and is documented in device Errata: www.ti.com/.../swrz073

In future revision of device the complete DSS_L3 space will be available for application code.
