How can we recover the registers on the USB ldc1000 q eve?

    I recover the registers the problem. Was a col solder point on the msp430. Heat first with 230 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes then spread around a high quality flux and increase to 430 for 2 minutes directly to the top of the chip maybe only a minute until soldering looks brilliant don't heat the sourudigs of the chip because the soldering balls will spread around with a lot of shorts .
