AWR1243: HFSS models for Taconic laminates

Hi Champs,

Could we provide a customer with the HFSS model of AWR1243 for these 2 laminates from Taconic: NF-30 (preferred) or TSM-DS3? Or could it be derived from our Rogers 4835 model?

Hi Francois,

At this time, the only supported stackup and RF substrate supported by TI is that shown in the EVM Boosterpack stackup. Of course, this drives the RF signal BGA layout and GCPW layout and the antenna design as well.
