The abbreviation TLV had mentioned multiple times in the mmw Demo document. For example, the first place had been used is "Output packets with the detection information are sent out every frame through the UART. Each packet consists of the header MmwDemo_output_message_header and the number of TLV items containing various data information with types enumerated in MmwDemo_output_message_type. "
Can you tell me what TLV represents?
