Thank You for response. I have some issue. I have evaluate board with LMT70A and USB. I have also my own pcb with LMT70A and with microcontroller and i read a temperature, that is less c.a. 2 oC than temperature readed from evaluate board. I measure only air temperature. LMT70 is only soldered, there is not any silicon or other substance surrounding LMT70 on my board. Only soldered. I measure c.a. 25 oC and use first order transfer function calculated as in page 13. I use ADS1113 between LMT70 and microcontroller.
Hi Jacek,
The first order transfer function equation will give you the least accurate method. This is why you are seeing 2°C lower than the LMT70EVM. I used the LUT table to determine output temperature or you can use the second order transfer function equation.
