AWR1243: Tolerance of Binary Phase Shifter

Hi,

I was wondering what is the phase tolerance on the binary phase shifters in the AWR1243/1443/1642 devices.

From the block diagrams, I see that the phase shifters are independently controllable for each transmit and are located in the RF chain after the x4 multiplier.

Hello RJ,
You are right that the phase shifter for each of the transmitters can be independently controlled and this phase control is done on the 80Ghz signal (post the 4x multipler).
The phase accuracy we get is within +-5 deg.
