Hello,

Our hardware setup: AWR1642BOOST + AR1xxxEVM + TSW1400.

They work all OK for default configuration.

I modify frequency slop, ADC sampling rate and points using Radar Studio:

Then config sensor :

Open radar post processing tool, some errors occur:

Is there any configuration wrong?

Other question: What format of dump file(adc_data.bin) ? Or where can I find about this?

Hi Yang,

You have two questions here:
1. Regarding the post processing error after you collect data.
2. Interpreting the data from file.

For #1. Can you please provide a log file from Radar Studio console. Also do the number of Receivers and LVDS lanes match in your configuration.

For 1#. I modify the other setting, It works OK.

Is the LVDS lane number equal to the receiver number?

Here is my setting.

For #2 I just want to analysis dump file. Is there any script of MATLAB like ti\mmwave_sdk_01_00_00_05\packages\ti\demo\xwr16xx\capture\gui\capture_demo.m

Hello Yang,
After you changed the setting did you click on "Setup TSW1400 " again before you captured the data?

Regarding the lane configuration, for 1642 the LVDS lane is kind of independent of the RX channels. Once the data is collected from the desired RX channels it can be sent over the 2 LVDS lanes. The present processing available in the radar studio always assumes 2 LVDS lanes.
