IWR1642: Is IWR1642 can be used for level probing radar and 4-20mA?

IWR1443 can be targeted towards achieving these current requirements. Please check Fluid-level sensing using 77GHz millimeter wave which discusses how to achieve this with IWR1443.  Power consumption varies based on the frequency of measurements and duty cycle of operation.  With IWR1642 you can expect relatively higher power for similar processing. 

For a level sensing application that senses periodic level measurements the IWR1443 would suffice,  if  application require a bit more DSP intensive post processing then IWR1642 would be a likely choice.
