CCS/HDC1000EVM: Build project for HDC1000 EVM

HI,

I'm trying to build following project which exist under "../Sensing Solutions EVM GUI-1.8.8/EVM Firmware" folder.

* Project name : HDC1000_F5528_V0

However, I faced following build error.

Here is my environment.

CCS version : CCS v7.1.0.00016

MSP430 Compiler version : TI v16.9.1.LTS

Could you please confirm solution for above build error ?

Hi. HDC1000 is not a recommended for new designs (NRND) part as can be read in the part product folder. Please switch your evaluation to the HDC1010 device.

Thank you for your reply.

I understand that HDC1000 is not recommended as device.

However, I just want to confirm how to re-load EVM firmware to MSP430.

To confirm this, I just use HDC1000 EVM. Therefore, I would like to generate binary file for MSP430F5528, but above error is observed.

Please keep in mind that I will not use HDC1000.

Hi Jose-san,

Sorry for my late reply. I could succeed the build.
The reason why I observed above error message is below.

* "msp430.h" file is not defined in flash.c file as include file.

When I defined above header file flash.c, I could succeed build.
