Hi ,

We have managed to setup the environment rebuild the demo and got the output xwr16xx_mmw_demo.bin than using the UniFlash was able to flash the bin file to target last but not least run the Ti Cloud agent but was not able to connect to target.

The Options for Serial Port are not valid…

Please advise

Hi Ofer,

By "Options for serial port are not right"

Did you mean the Visualizer demo gui is unable to connect to the device

Is the Visualizer gui sent the options to the device and after that there were other errors.

Please check the mmWave SDK EVM Out-of-Box Demo video and its user's guide to confirm the connectivity of Visualizer to the mmWave Device.

Hi,

I guess the reasons could be:

(1) Do you use Internet Explorer? This browser is not supported, you have to use Chrome.

(2) If you already use Chrome, have you install TICouldAgent bridge as plug-in?
