In the datasheet, the analog power supply requirement of AVDD is 4.9V-5.1V. On our board, the AVDD cannot reach 4.9V and it varies between 4.7V-4.87V due to our design defect. I am wondering how much the analog voltage can affect the A/D output. We found some DDC2256CKs output very large/very small value and have no clear idea on the root cause. The low AVDD is one thing I want to exclude.
