Hello,
I am using the FDC2214EVM to read small capacitance signals (about 50 pF). Could you please tell me the uncertainty of this EVM reading or how to calculate it (regardless the ambient influence or parasitic capacitance)?
Configurations:
Three channels (CH0, 1 and 2), external oscillator 40 MHz, divider code 1, settle count 1024, Reference count 1024 and input deglitch filter 10 MHz.
