IWR1443BOOST: mmWave Demo Visualizer can not recognize the serial port

I try to use mmWave Demo Visualizer with IWR1443boost, I add 5V to IWR1443boost, micro USB to PC, the device manager shows XDS110 application/User UART COM4, the Data port COM34, so I set mmWave DEMO Visualizer option serial portsas: CFG_port: COM4, baud rate 115200, Data_port: COM34, baud rate 921600, thenclick "configure, then "send CONFIG to mmWave device", a warning message show "check if the serial port correctly", I double checked, they are correct, anyone know what is going on?
