Hi

Does the LDC1614 offer better detection capability by higher resonant sensor frequency?

(It means smaller C and larger L)

    Hi na na78,

    It's actually the other way around you will see an increase in precision at lower sensor frequencies in terms of LDC performance. However, the system performance may be much better at higher frequencies depending on the sensor and the target configuration.

    You can refer to the following application note for more information about optimizing L measurements with the LDC devices.
