As mentioned in the IWR1642 EVM (IWR1642BOOST) Single-Chip mmWave Sensing Solution User's Guide

IWR EVM's are not FCC certified. The

3 Regulatory Notices:

3.1 United States

3.1.1 Notice applicable to EVMs not FCC-Approved.

Is there a specific reason you would want this information for.
