LM63: Asking for the LM63 suggested output 4 pin header design

Cusotmer uses LM63 in the design, and they want add 4 pin header(PWR, GND, SDA, SCL) so custoemr can program these device, Do you have recommended pinout if have an adapter for programing through the 4 pin header

We use 100mil headers in our lab with V+/SCL/SDA/GND pinout. However, we don't produce any EVM for this standard, so it is not relevant to customer. The EVM which supports LM63 does not allow connecting to an off-board LM63. This EVM would have to be partially disassembled to be re-purposed as a programmer. It also does not have the required connections collected on one header.

In summary, it doesn't make sense for customer to use a header defined by TI.
